EMS WEEK BASS TOURNAMENT

 Since 2011, The EMS Week Bass Tournament has provided funding for 14 college students pursuing a career in EMS and donated over $3,200 to the Chattanooga Forgotten Child Fund.   Advanced emergency medical technicians, paramedics, firefighters, police officers and hospital personnel throughout the Tennessee, Georgia and South Carolina area will join forces to support the SEEMSDA Paramedic Scholarship Program and a local charity, The Forgotten Child Fund, to fish the Chickamauga Lake in search of the “biggest fish” and overall weight of their five best fish.

Congratulations to the winning teams for this year’s EMS Week Bass Tournament! It was definitely a tough day of fishing for lake Chickamauga, but 29 teams toughed it out and enjoyed a beautiful day on the water! Here’s the top finishers for the categories:

1st place- Tyler Ezell/James Burkhart with  17.53 lbs

2nd place- Robert Stephenson/Chad Regal with 15.02 lbs

3rd place- Mike Flynn/Don Henedrix with 13.77 lbs

Big Fish- James Burkhart/Tyler Ezell with a nice 8.42 lb largemouth 

2nd Big Fish-  Mike Flynn/Don Henedrix with a 6.42 lb largemouth 

TN Top Team- Tyler Ezell/James Burkhart

GA Top Team- Robert Stephenson/Chad Regal
